    蛋黄酱、千岛酱等,蛋黄酱所含的热量在所有沙拉酱中是高的。专家认为,这主要是由于蛋黄酱的原料一半以上来源于食用油,其次则是蛋黄,另加少许糖、食盐和醋。一汤匙蛋黄酱含热量110千卡,含脂肪12克,比相同分量的巧克力还高。为了迎合消费者的口味,市场上大部分沙拉酱都大量使用食用油,导致其中所含热量越来越多。100克沙拉酱中,其热量往往占整个营养含量的1/4还多。一份蔬菜沙拉如果添加3—4汤匙的沙拉酱,其热量就会超过300千卡,相当于一个肉饼所含的热量。而过量摄取热量和脂肪无疑容易使人患上肥胖症、高胆固醇、糖尿病和心脏病等。
